• Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and by providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish • Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP’s to collaborate and drive performance. • Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency • Quality checks offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency and comply with location specific laws and regulations
• College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related course • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, experience in high-growth / fast paced environments • Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience with Workday as an ATS • Scheduling tool experience • Ability to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation • Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment • Exceptional attention to detail • Curiosity on why we work the way we do.
