📋 Description
• Support company’s sales professionals with customer needs • Expedite completion of administrative tasks • Answer incoming calls from clients, TSMs, and escalate requests • Provide strategic and operational support to sales team • Manage administrative duties with other staff functions • Maintain accurate information on client accounts
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • 2 to 5 years of service experience • Comfortable working with internal colleagues and physicians • Familiarity with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM (Salesforce.com)
