📋 Description

• Develop business for ProBio services by identifying customer needs, promoting GenScript ProBio biologics and cell & gene therapy business, enhancing customer cooperation intention, and conducting business negotiations • Expand new accounts and develop key accounts • Maintain close relationships with KOLs • License out ProBio antibody assets • Implement strategic plans and execution to meet targets • Manage the LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process • Analyze and report data to optimize work direction and avoid risks • Coordinate relevant internal departments for sales and cash achievement • Manage customer expectations and business brands externally • Optimize business workflows and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors • Report to the Sub-Regional Commercial BD Head of Korea

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years, maximum 15 years of total professional experience • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the biologics and/or cell and gene therapy industry • Preferably technical sales, business development, or related technical functions experience • CDMO sales/BD experience preferred • Master's degree or above • Antibody research or development/CMC experience (minimum 3 years) • Cell and gene therapy development experience (minimum 3 years) is a plus • Excellent communication, learning, management, and execution abilities • Intermediate or above English communication skills preferred
