📋 Description

• Provide first-level remote technical support to Laudite users, including through tools such as AnyDesk • Provide support via chat, WhatsApp, and other official channels • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Laudite • Guide users on the proper use of the platform’s features • Assist with the installation and configuration of Laudite Desktop • Assist with microphone, audio, and other settings in the user’s environment • Conduct tests to reproduce reported issues • Perform initial triage before escalating cases to the technical team • Record the information required for technical investigation • Follow up on escalated tickets and keep users informed • Communicate solutions and guidance clearly and objectively • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the platform • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience • Understand users’ issues, identify the best solutions, and deliver escalated requests in an organized and well-contextualized manner

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems • Basic knowledge of operating system support and configuration • Knowledge of remote access tools • Familiarity with software installation and configuration • Ability to diagnose technical issues related to computers, audio, microphones, and applications • Strong ability to learn and understand new tools and features • Previous experience in technical support or customer service (a plus) • Experience supporting SaaS systems or web platforms (a plus) • Knowledge of customer support and ticket management tools (a plus) • Experience with troubleshooting and issue identification (a plus) • Basic knowledge of web browsers, audio settings, and peripherals (a plus)
