📋 Description

• Build and own the BENELUX agency ecosystem • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners • Turn relationships into revenue by building long-term trust • Train and support partner teams to use Klar with their clients • Visit agencies regularly and keep partners engaged • Represent Klar at industry events and within the UK eCommerce ecosystem • Improve playbooks, enablement materials, and processes to make partnerships scalable and repeatable

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or agencies (partnerships, sales, CS, or similar) • Strong ownership mindset • Natural relationship builder — open, outgoing, and genuinely likable • Highly organized and reliable • Thrive in social, outward-facing roles — meetings, events, and travel energize you • Optimize for learning and growth
