📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing users. • Guide new users through the onboarding and activation process. • Assist users in completing profiles, verification requirements, and onboarding steps. • Educate users about platform features, guidelines, incentives, and opportunities. • Follow up with users to ensure successful activation and continued engagement. • Re-engage inactive users and encourage platform participation. • Address basic user queries and coordinate escalations when required. • Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and follow-up activities. • Deliver a positive user experience through professional and empathetic communication. • Stay updated on platform updates, operational processes, and promotional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in any of the following: • - Customer Engagement • - User Onboarding • - Telemarketing • - Outbound Calling • - Customer Success • - Retention • - Voice Process Operations • - Strong spoken and written **Filipino/Tagalog & English communication skills.** • - Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently over calls. • - Strong persuasion, listening, and objection-handling skills. • - Comfortable working with daily calling targets and follow-up activities. • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • - Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools. • Preferred Qualifications • - Experience supporting international users or customers. • - Experience in onboarding, activation, community engagement, or retention programs. • - Familiarity with remote work tools and virtual collaboration. • - Filipino/Tagalog language proficiency is an advantage.
