📋 Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines • Conduct inspections, lubricate parts, replace filters, oils and electronic/mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, sensors and circuit boards) • Perform technical inspections, carry out internal and external diagnostics, calibrate systems such as the pitch system and sensors, and adjust components • Ensure operational excellence, meet deadlines, maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction • Identify training needs and propose process improvements • Comply with norms and procedures, acting in accordance with EHS, Compliance, quality standards and the client's internal procedures • Safeguard assets and the environment, being responsible for the preservation, correct use and optimization of tools and assets • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site • Perform work at heights, climb and frequently work on wind turbines, operating at heights of up to 100 meters on concrete or metal structures

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or technical certificate (mid-level) in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education or relevant State Education Authorities/Councils • Active registration with the CFT – Conselho Federal dos Técnicos (Federal Council of Technicians) • Experience in field service or maintenance • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet) • Valid Category B National Driver's License (CNH) • Initiative, teamwork, concentration and communication skills • Interpersonal and leadership skills • Analytical profile with a focus on suggesting improvements
