📋 Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines. • Carry out inspections, lubricate components, replace filters, oils and electronic/mechanical components, including motors, gearboxes, sensors and circuit boards. • Conduct technical inspections, internal and external diagnostics, calibration of pitch systems and sensors, and adjustment of components. • Ensure operational excellence, meet deadlines and guarantee quality and customer satisfaction. • Identify training needs and propose process improvements. • Comply with policies and procedures, acting in accordance with EHS guidelines, Compliance, quality standards and the client's internal procedures. • Protect assets and the work environment, ensuring proper use, conservation and optimization of tools and equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness and organization. • Work on wind turbines installed on concrete or metal structures, including activities at heights up to 100 meters.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical diploma or secondary-level technical certificate in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics or Mechatronics issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, State Education Secretariats or Education Councils. • Active registration with the CFT – Federal Council of Technicians. • Experience in field service or maintenance. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet. • Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) category B. • Initiative, teamwork, concentration and communication skills. • Interpersonal skills and leadership. • Analytical profile with ability to suggest improvements. • Ability to perform work at height, climb and frequently work on wind turbines, operating at heights up to 100 meters on concrete or metal structures.
