📋 Description

• Plan and deliver learning events end to end, including calendar management, venue coordination, faculty logistics, purchase orders, and vendor relationships • Coordinate virtual and in-person programs across multiple countries • Manage participant experience, pre-event logistics, run-of-show coordination, and contingency planning • Track and report learning metrics, identify performance trends, and provide insights for development investment decisions • Administer learning programs in the Learning Management System and other operational tools • Maintain accurate records and streamlined processes • Market and communicate learning opportunities across multiple channels • Partner with Learning Leaders and Operations teams on projects and talent and development initiatives • Adhere to standard work and provide insights to improve participant experience and simplify processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in OD, ID, L&D, Education, or HR • Solid experience in a learning coordination, HR, organizational development (OD), or learning and development (L&D) role • Experience managing logistics for professional programs and keeping multiple workstreams on track • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Project management and organization skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proactive and flexible mindset, with ability to work amid changing priorities across multiple time zones • Basic understanding of budget management for learning program delivery • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning technology platforms • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities • Experience with Workday Learning and/or CVENT event management software (preferred) • Availability to travel occasionally for in-person learning activities (preferred)
