📋 Description

• Respond to service ticket requests • Oversee People Operations, Payroll, and Benefits processes • Provide support to employees and HR People Partners on-site and virtually • Manage escalations • Create and maintain support materials for HR tools and processes • Enable employee self-service and drive customer satisfaction • Maintain vendor relationships with third-party providers • Execute functional policies and strategies within HR Operations • Generate and analyze business-related reports to enable business decisions • Resolve issues within established procedures and consult senior team members on exceptions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college • Extensive experience in HR operations, including reporting, onboarding, and payroll coordination • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Workday, SAP and Microsoft Office • Strong oral and written German and English language skills • Process improvement/LEAN experience • Swiss or Austrian Payroll experience is an advantage • Strong Excel skills
