📋 Description

• Administer, configure, monitor, and perform troubleshooting in AWS EKS and ECS environments • Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation • Automate operational processes, support routines, and infrastructure tasks using Shell Script and Python • Implement and evolve monitoring, observability, and performance analysis solutions using Dynatrace • Provide support and analysis for .NET and Node.js applications, identifying bottlenecks, errors, and improvement opportunities • Manage and troubleshoot AWS services, including EC2, VPC, Load Balancers, and other infrastructure components • Manage, investigate, and mitigate critical incidents, ensuring rapid service recovery • Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Operations teams to strengthen reliability, automation, and continuous improvement practices • Ensure the application of best practices for security, networking, and connectivity in AWS environments • Participate in root cause analyses (RCA), proposing preventive and corrective actions • Support technology modernization initiatives, cost optimization, and increased operational efficiency in cloud environments • Contribute to the evolution of SRE, DevOps, and observability practices within the project

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer • Advanced knowledge of AWS • Hands-on experience with EKS and ECS • Experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation • Automation experience using Python and Shell Script • Experience with Dynatrace and observability tools • Knowledge of .NET and Node.js applications • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, ELB/ALB, and infrastructure components • Experience in managing and mitigating critical incidents • Knowledge of security, networking, and connectivity in cloud environments • Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields • Experience with advanced SRE practices • Experience with Kubernetes in large-scale enterprise environments • Knowledge of cost optimization in AWS environments (FinOps) • Experience with advanced observability and APM • Experience in critical, high-availability environments • AWS certifications • Knowledge of Azure DevOps • Experience with AI-enabled DevOps and AMS initiatives • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
