📋 Description

• Own assigned change requests (RFCs) throughout their entire lifecycle, from assessment and approval through implementation, review, and closure. • Analyze technical requirements, scope, impacted systems, and integration dependencies for each change. • Conduct impact and risk assessments, identifying considerations related to security, data, interfaces, and dependent systems. • Ensure implementation, testing, and rollback plans are fully defined and documented before approval. • Prepare and present the technical information required for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and change approvals. • Coordinate internal teams, development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors involved in delivering changes. • Clarify technical requirements and specifications with implementation teams and service providers. • Collaborate with HRIT vendors, including SAP SuccessFactors partners, regarding release schedules and platform updates. • Coordinate testing activities and validate deployment readiness criteria for production releases. • Coordinate and facilitate alignment among Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Information Security teams to secure approvals for changes and deployments. • Plan and schedule releases in accordance with change calendars, maintenance windows, and freeze periods. • Coordinate deployment execution and stakeholder communications during implementation activities. • Monitor deployments and coordinate rollback activities when necessary. • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure the proper closure of changes and corresponding documentation. • Track incidents related to implemented changes and coordinate corrective actions with the teams involved. • Maintain accurate change records, documentation, and status updates in ITSM platforms. • Regularly report progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments to leadership. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change and release management practices within the HRIT environment. • Support cross-functional technology initiatives involving AI solutions, data warehousing, and backend security.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English for working in a global environment. • Proven experience coordinating technical changes, releases, or deployments in enterprise application environments. • Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, interfaces, environments, and deployment processes. • Experience working closely with development teams and external technology vendors. • Knowledge of IT Change and Release Management frameworks and processes, including ITIL practices, RFC lifecycles, CAB governance, risk assessment, rollback planning, and Post-Implementation Review (PIR) activities. • Experience with ITSM platforms and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple changes and priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIT platforms and their respective release management processes. • Experience with initiatives related to data, integrations, AI agents, or information security-driven changes. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
