📋 Description

• Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and operational requirements • Facilitate workflow audits and capability assessments • Identify where GenAI, agents, or automation can improve quality, efficiency, or scale • Translate operational challenges into technical implementation plans • Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems • Develop repeatable, scalable frameworks supporting multiple brands, markets, and channels • Own workflow governance, quality control, and reliability of deployed systems • Establish technical standards and best practices for building and maintaining agents and workflows • Lead training, workshops, and office hours for adoption of new systems • Own technical documentation, playbooks, and guides for internal and client use • Support change management as tools and workflows roll out • Act as technical authority on GenAI capabilities, limitations, and constraints • Evaluate emerging AI models, platforms, and tooling for technical fit and scalability • Stress-test new capabilities and provide structured technical feedback to Product and Engineering • Identify architectural improvements to existing agents, workflows, and systems • Represent the technical roadmap for creative technology internally

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini etc. • Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting • Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud • Good personal communication and management skills • Preference for candidates who have prior agency experience • Strong written English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and team • Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude with optimism about the role of GenAI in creativity
