📋 Description

• Manage, develop, and optimize processes, service methodologies, and project governance • Manage the team, including performance evaluations, ongoing feedback, performance tracking, and analyst development • Conduct 1:1 meetings to monitor employees’ professional growth and well-being • Provide technical and process support to the team, guiding activities, deliverables, and conflict resolution • Analyze information, gather evidence, and prepare presentations to support management decision-making, accountability, and knowledge sharing • Translate and align institutional and operational strategy, contributing to the development of planning, governance, and processes to increase execution efficiency and agility • Support Project Leaders in conducting meetings with business units, clients, suppliers, and the internal IT team • Track outstanding items and deliverables with suppliers, business units, the curation team, and other stakeholders • Monitor business-unit and client satisfaction • Analyze and propose improvements to business processes, focusing on simplifying IT solutions • Define, track, and analyze systems, squads, and institutional indicators and KPIs • Provide executive and operational reporting on results, indicators, and activity progress to management • Oversee the full development lifecycle, from idea conception through production deployment and the support and maintenance of products and services • Manage internal projects, studies, scenarios, and indicator analyses to support leadership in identifying business opportunities • Actively participate in operational meetings, ceremonies, and cadences with clients and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency • Advanced Spanish proficiency • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an IT-related field • Systems-level understanding of business processes • People management • Career management • Process and quality management following ITIL best practices • Knowledge of ITSM • Knowledge of infrastructure service management • Experience with monitoring and APM systems (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.) • Knowledge of architecture • Training planning and delivery
