📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, milestones, and success criteria • Facilitate steering committee updates and executive reporting • Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, demos, and retrospectives across cross-functional teams • Coordinate integration activities between Salesforce and corporate platforms, data services, and third-party applications • Ensure alignment with security, audit, and compliance requirements • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and impediments • Monitor project finances, resource utilization, and capacity forecasting as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing projects for enterprise software implementations • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field • Experience leading Salesforce initiatives in complex corporate environments • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform capabilities • Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to collaborate across business, technology, product, and vendor teams • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant certification (preferred) • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification (preferred) • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred) • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred)
