📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for high-impact A/B tests • Manage projects from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Identify risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Communicate testing plans, progress, and results to clients in weekly meetings • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams • Keep teams focused, motivated, and aligned • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• No prior A/B testing experience required • Formal project management experience is not required • Strong organization and diligence with systems, checklists, and timelines • Proactive, clear, and frequent communication • Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Fast learner who enjoys technology and design • High agency and ability to understand why things work or do not work • Ability to notice patterns and ask insightful questions
