📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions in the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module, ensuring alignment with the business needs of the financial services sector. • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or middleware tools. • Create and customize Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces. • Collaborate with architecture, governance, and business teams to define and apply development and design best practices on the platform. • Conduct technical analyses, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for scripts and integrations. • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, integrations, and workflows. • Support the ServiceNow team on rollout, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with the FSO (Financial Services Operations) and/or CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. • Solid knowledge of integrations, including REST, SOAP, API Management, and IntegrationHub. • Experience developing and customizing Service Portals, including widgets and front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS). • Proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Data Policies. • Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments. • Advanced or fluent English. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or FSO Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus. • Experience with other platform modules, such as ITSM, CSM, and ITOM, is a plus. • Knowledge of ServiceNow security and governance best practices is a plus. • Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus.
