📋 Description

• Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform • Create and maintain workflows and automation flows • Develop and consume APIs for system integration • Implement and maintain integrations using different technologies and protocols • Customize the platform according to business needs • Develop improvements and new functionality for CMDB processes • Perform fixes, troubleshooting, and application support • Analyze incidents and problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions • Support the evolution and optimization of existing processes and solutions on the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow development, preferably in ITSM environments • Solid knowledge of Flow Designer • Experience with IntegrationHub • Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations • Experience developing Script Includes • Knowledge of UI Builder • Experience with Transform Maps • Knowledge of and experience with Import Sets • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and automations • Ability to perform fixes, provide application support, and resolve issues • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
