📋 Description

• Participate in digital transformation projects • Implement and enhance ITSM processes in large corporate environments • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM • Work with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLAs • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the platform • Participate in agile rituals, client workshops, and solution design

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — ITSM • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Experience with integrations, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules • Experience in enterprise projects or consulting • Knowledge of other ServiceNow suites (CSM, HRSD, FSM)
