📋 Description

• Integrate ITAM with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem processes • Structure IT asset lifecycle management • Automate equipment receipt, distribution, and return workflows • Reconcile physical and financial assets with CMDB records • Create dashboards and reports • Design and implement the ITAM HAM solution

🎯 Requirements

• Ideal profile: Senior ITAM HAM Developer • Experience designing and implementing ITAM HAM solutions • Knowledge of integration with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem processes • Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management • Knowledge of workflow automation • Knowledge of reconciliation between the CMDB, physical inventory, and financial data • Knowledge of creating dashboards, reports, and performance indicators
