📋 Description

• Apply the definitions and direction established for developed solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and models. • Act as the liaison between the business and development teams. • Identify technical debt. • Identify and lead discussions on the creation and evolution of frameworks. • Ensure implementations address functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business needs. • Identify technical training needs for solution implementation. • Apply DevSecOps practices, including Build, Deploy, quality gates, testing, and security. • Implement technical solutions that promote agility in product development. • Ensure adherence to development standards, principles, application design practices, frameworks, and technologies in use. • Ensure the robustness, scalability, quality, and usability of developed services. • Ensure services are properly documented and published in the appropriate tools. • Record daily hours and update tasks in Jira according to the workflow. • Follow LeanDigital Fundamentals, with a focus on Architecture and Software Engineering. • Implement solutions aligned with established architecture standards and solution designs. • Apply quality practices and tools, including code reviews and feedback to improve code quality. • Train the team on Engineering practices and tools, such as DevSecOps, DataOps, Feature Toggle, Release Toggle, 12-factor methodology, and A/B testing. • Ensure the automated testing framework is applied. • Connect technical solutions and non-functional requirements to business understanding. • Monitor technical and business metrics across squads. • Develop applications in ServiceNow using modules such as AppEngine and CSM. • Ensure high-quality, high-performance deliverables aligned with business needs. • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions. • Integrate systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and microservices, ensuring interoperability.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including configuration, customization, and integrations in the AppEngine and CSM modules, using Client Scripts, Script Includes, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, and Record Producers. • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and microservices integrations. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management.
