📋 Description
• Analyze and correct errors and structural inconsistencies in the database • Expand the reach of ServiceNow Discovery and identify missing or incorrect assets • Implement identification and reconciliation rules using the IRE engine • Model relationships and map critical services following the CSDM model • Create dashboards to monitor data integrity and discovery coverage • Define architectural standards and configuration best practices for the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping • Deep expertise in CSDM and the IRE reconciliation engine • Solid background in data governance and hybrid infrastructure architecture • Ability to diagnose mapping failures and structure enterprise connections
