• Advising and supporting on all HR-related and labor law matters • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, as well as for all operational HR interfaces • Preparation of interim and final employment references, management of certification processes, drafting of additional agreements, and conducting exit interviews • Handling pre- and post-payroll tasks and the associated processes • Maintaining our HR management system (Workday) and managing electronic personnel files • Supporting the preparation of HR reports and analyses (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs) • Confidential and proactive collaboration with the works council, including hearings under the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) and negotiating works agreements • Leading special projects at national and international levels involving various HR and cross-functional interfaces • Proactively initiating, optimizing and developing HR processes and standards, and continuously maintaining documentation such as guidelines and HR checklists • Contributing to the implementation of an occupational reintegration management system (BEM) and benefits programs
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in the areas described above • Team player with a proactive and trustworthy approach to collaboration • Structured and organized working style, with strong time-management skills • Clear and efficient communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with managers and employees • Experienced with HR management systems, preferably Workday, and proficient in common MS Office applications • Flexible and willing to take on new challenges, actively contributing to the development of HR processes • Good written and spoken English
