📋 Description

• Develop the client's promotional action calendar; • Create briefs for promotional materials; • Build customer relationship cadences and automations; • Define target audiences for campaigns; • Lead the CRM workstream in routine client meetings; • Produce monthly reports and present results.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM tools, primarily Salesforce; • Experience with Google Analytics (working with/consuming data); • Proficient in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides; • SQL knowledge is desirable; • Knowledge of Wake and Insider is a plus; • Experience with clients or in the hospitality, services and/or tourism sectors is a plus.
