📋 Description

• Partner directly with customers as an embedded technical expert • Understand customer domains, data, systems, and business outcomes • Identify realistic AI and agentic workflow opportunities • Design, build, and ship proof-of-concepts and production-track agentic workflows • Use MCPs, skills, and the agent platform to tailor solutions to customer environments • Translate platform capabilities into solutions customer engineers can use and extend • Collaborate with customer engineering teams through enablement, workshops, and pairing • Help customers take ownership of delivered solutions • Feed discovered patterns and product gaps back to the product team • Support pre-sales conversations by scoping valuable AI use cases and building examples

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer • Hands-on experience building with agentic AI, MCPs, agent frameworks, tool-using LLMs, or similar • Ability to become productive quickly in unfamiliar business domains • Solid working understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native operations • Clear and confident communication with customer stakeholders and engineers • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity • Ability to align parts of the workday with Europe (UTC +/- 2 hours) • Experience with developer relations, workshops, or technical enablement is a strong plus • Prior Solutions Architect experience is a strong plus
