📋 Description

• Reconcile payroll-deduction files and payment records against the contract portfolio, comparing the installment due, amount deducted, and amount remitted • Identify, classify, and resolve discrepancies, including partial deductions, undeducted installments, unremitted amounts, deduction suspensions, severance payments, and fees • Track outstanding items, coordinate resolutions with customers and partners, and ensure closure within the relevant accounting month • Calculate, verify, and monitor amounts due to partners and other counterparties in accordance with contractual rules • Manage the billing cycle for services and consultations • Monitor mismatches between collection and payment terms and flag potential cash exposure risks • Track portfolio delinquency, guarantee enforcement, and critical deadlines • Design, document, and implement reconciliation, remittance, billing, and guarantee-management processes and controls • Define report and dashboard requirements with Product and Technology, support system acceptance testing, and validate new workflows • Identify recurring manual work and propose automation opportunities, prioritizing them based on risk and volume • Provide support for core finance routines, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end close • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Accounting, reporting directly to the Head of Credit Products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Experience with high-volume reconciliation, including return files, financial movements, or transactions • Working knowledge of accounting and finance operations • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP/INDEX+MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and data preparation • Comfortable working with data, including reading and manipulating CSV files and fixed-width layouts • Familiarity with Google Drive and Notion • Preferred: SQL and API consumption/integration • Preferred but not required: experience with payroll-deducted lending, financial institutions, securitization companies, FIDCs, or credit fintechs, particularly in back-office operations, settlement, portfolio assignment, or guarantee management • Experience documenting processes, such as flowcharts, SOPs, and control matrices • Strong numerical accuracy • Productive skepticism when analyzing data • Ability to think in terms of processes and identify root causes • Autonomy and organization to manage routines with strict deadlines
