📋 Description

• Provide technical oversight throughout all phases of ERP implementation across the GL, AP, AR, FA, and CE modules, serving as the technical counterpart to the consulting firm • Critically analyze and validate configurations, parameter settings, and the functional design (Business Blueprint – BBP), identifying risks and gaps and avoiding suboptimal customizations • Model financial processes and validate integrations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, Cash Management, BCM, and connections with payment gateways and banks • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in collaboration with accounting teams, including NF-e and SPED Fiscal/Contribuições integrations and BACEN requirements • Guide key users and support unit and integration testing (UAT), simulating settlement, reconciliation, and accounting workflows • Act as the technical focal point during post-Go-Live support, data remediation, and operational stability initiatives • Document workflows and parameter settings and train the internal team on ERP procedures and best practices • Support the prioritization of continuous improvements, ensuring compliance with Asaas SOX/SoD governance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, solid experience as an ERP consultant or functional analyst, with expertise in the GL, AP, and AR modules and ideally FA and CE • Practical experience with at least one complete ERP implementation cycle, including BBP design, configuration, and UAT • Advanced knowledge of accounting and corporate finance processes, including financial close, reconciliations, cash flow, and treasury • Required familiarity with Brazilian tax legislation and Brazil Localization (CLL), including ancillary tax obligations and tax integrations • Preferred: client-side experience in ERP implementation projects • Preferred: experience in a fintech or financial institution, with exposure to COSIF, CADOCs, and SPED • Preferred: experience with compliance and governance in preparation for an IPO, including SOX and SoD • Preferred: practical knowledge of SQL and data extraction tools for independent system audits • Preferred: ERP certification
