Our approach emphasizes designing, disseminating, and supporting the implementation of methodologies, tools, and training programs to develop public sector leadership and strengthen governance.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to business teams. • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario planning. • Develop robust, auditable financial models for forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. • Lead monthly management closing routines, including accruals, reclassifications, and reconciliation with Accounting. • Prepare and analyze the income statement (P&L), balance sheet, and direct and indirect cash flow statements. • Identify variances between actuals, forecast, and budget, and propose action plans. • Build executive reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board, using clear storytelling. • Develop and maintain KPIs integrated with the P&L, generating actionable insights. • Conduct project analyses to support resource allocation decisions. • Translate strategy into financial projections with an analytical and independent approach. • Validate sources, cross-check data, and perform sanity checks. • Lead initiatives to automate and simplify closing, budgeting, and reporting processes. • Contribute to the evolution of the FP&A team’s models, controls, and tools, including the application of AI to analytical routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. • Solid, proven experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, or Controllership. • Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance, including the income statement (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statement. • Experience building budgets and forecasts with multiple scenarios. • Analytical, independent, and rigorous approach. • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, required. • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create executive presentations using storytelling. • ERP experience is a plus. • Experience automating reports and analyses using Python, VBA, or Power Query/M is a plus. • Knowledge of BI tools is a plus. • Experience using AI tools for productivity and financial analysis is a plus. • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.
