📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and financial advisor for franchisees in the Southern and Southeastern regions. • Drive the performance and adoption of the Financial Solutions portfolio (Fintech GB). • Provide consultative, segmented support by analyzing franchise financial health and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term action plans focused on increasing revenue, profitability, and management efficiency. • Ensure franchisees, resellers, and end consumers are engaged with and correctly use financial products. • Resolve questions and operational issues promptly. • Gather feedback and insights from the retail network to support the continuous improvement of solutions. • Liaise with Product, Technology, and internal technical and business teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field. • Extensive commercial experience, including relationship management and service to business networks in Retail, national franchising, banking, or fintech. • Strong command of financial metrics and the ability to assess complex scenarios to support data-driven decision-making. • Advanced proficiency with the Google ecosystem, including Workspace, Cloud, and analytics tools. • Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to create and deliver executive presentations. • Autonomy, a proactive mindset, and results orientation in dynamic innovation and technology environments. • Strong ability to turn planning into execution while managing stakeholders, deadlines, and expectations.
