📋 Description

• Conceptual and technical consulting on Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, Regulatory & Compliance, and other relevant capital markets issues • Management and overall responsibility for demanding projects, including in areas such as Blockchain, Digital Assets, Sustainable Finance, and ESG • Building, leading and further developing consultant and project teams • Responsibility for business development activities: identifying new market opportunities, winning consulting mandates, and expanding existing client relationships • Further development of the service portfolio and active contribution to the strategic direction of the consulting division • Representing the company at industry conferences, sector events, and in expert forums

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Economics, Finance, STEM) with very good academic results • Several years of leadership experience in consulting or the financial industry – ideally with a focus in at least one of the following areas: Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, or Regulatory • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a confident presence at C-level • Experience in building and leading teams as well as managing complex transformation projects • Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to shape outcomes, and a strong professional network • Willingness to travel within Germany • Very good written and spoken German and English
