📋 Description
• **Key Responsibilities** • - Perform monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts. • - Assist in the annual budgeting process, including developing financial models and scenario analyses. • - Prepare and present financial reports to management to support decision-making. • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and forecasts. • - Utilize financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
🎯 Requirements
• **Qualifications** • - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • - 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role. • - Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • - Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (ERP, Power BI). • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. • - Willing to work US hours
