📋 Description

• Support the Vice President / Chief of Staff with strategic, operational, and organizational activities • Act as a trusted interface between the Vice President / Chief of Staff, senior management, employees, clients, and external business partners • Gain exposure to management-level topics, projects, and decision-making • Take responsibility and develop quickly in a senior management environment

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial/business education or equivalent qualification • Excellent German and English skills • Excellent organizational and coordination skills • Very good written and verbal communication skills • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively • Strong attention to detail • Interest in business, management, strategy, and corporate development • Previous experience in executive assistance (nice to have) • Experience in project coordination (nice to have) • Experience in office management (nice to have) • Experience working with senior management (nice to have) • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information (nice to have) • Interest or experience in strategic and operational projects (nice to have)
