📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations • Manage sensitive employee-relations cases and terminations, including calls, meetings, and legally sound documentation • Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors • Advise clients on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning • Provide in-country HR guidance on labour laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe • Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation • Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans and ensure timely salary changes • Serve as the point of contact for employee immigration and mobility needs with the Global Mobility team • Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handovers • Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes • Lead compliance governance projects across Southern European markets • Lead global efforts to standardize and improve HR practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience • Fluent French and English; additional languages are a bonus • Deep expertise in labour laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe, with focus in France (portage salarial) • Experience supporting complex employee relations • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack • Knowledge of the EOR industry preferred • Experience working across other Southern European countries, including France, preferred
