📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR partner for clients, employees, and in-country partners across the full employee lifecycle • Provide guidance on employment law, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies • Manage onboarding, contracts, promotions, probation, employee changes, work permits, and offboarding • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales • Identify HR, legal, compliance, and operational risks and recommend solutions • Support complex employee relations cases, grievances, organisational changes, and HR initiatives • Coordinate payroll, benefits, tax, and statutory requirements with local providers • Lead or contribute to HR projects, process improvements, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably in an international or Employer of Record (EOR) context • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Moldovan employment law, HR practices, and employee benefits • Proven experience handling employee relations and complex HR matters • High attention to data accuracy and process discipline • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex HR topics • Proactive, curious, and can-do mindset
