• Realizarás actividades de atracción, crecimiento, retención y rentabilización de prospectos • Generas relaciones comerciales con clientes para una mayor vinculación • Participas en eventos, visitas comerciales y activades de networking para promover los products • Tienes autotomía en la gestión y desarrollo de su portafolio asignado • Sigues el proceso de negociación y eres facilitador con áreas internas de Global Payments • Mantendras notas y seguimientos con clientes en el CRM y otras herramientas tecnológicas • Eres responsable de conocer nuestros medios de pago, sus fortalezas y debilidades contra los principales competidores
• Lic. Concluida y/o trunca en áreas Económica-Administrativa • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un entorno de ventas, generadas sin afiliaciones, impulsado por bonos de productividad: sector financiero y tecnología es un plus • Existente relaciones comerciales es un plus • Auto propio (indispensable) • Manejo de paquetería office • Manejo de CRM y/o ERP es un plus • Disponibilidad de viaje • Inglés Básico-Intermedio • Comunicación efectiva a distintos niveles • Alto empuje • Autonomía • Capacidad Escucha-Activa • Enfoque a resultados • Actitud de servicio • Trabajo individual con vinculación de trabajar como parte de un equipo • Resolución de problemas • Negociación e influencia • Iniciativa
