• Serás responsable de liderar procesos de reclutamiento para distintos clientes en México. • Identificar perfiles clave. • Generar estrategias de atracción. • Asegurar una experiencia positiva para candidatos y clientes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia previa en reclutamiento (idealmente de 2 años o más). • Manejo de portales de empleo, bases de datos y herramientas de hunting. • Capacidad de gestionar múltiples procesos a la vez. • Comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente. • Deseable experiencia con perfiles técnicos, administrativos o comerciales. • Residencia en México (remoto o híbrido, según ubicación).
