📋 Description

• Look after the company's partner relationships • Sell advertising placements on the company's website and newsletter • Help bring in new brands and shops • Build relationships and negotiate deals • Track and see the results of commercial work in performance numbers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German is a must, as most partners are in the DACH region • Good English • Experience in a commercial role such as sales, business development, account management, partnerships or marketing • Confidence negotiating and building relationships with business partners • Comfort working with numbers and performance data • Willingness to learn affiliate metrics like commissions and conversion rates • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT • Self-driven and organised, able to work independently in a remote setup • Affiliate marketing, e-commerce or cashback experience is a strong plus
