📋 Description

• Own an inbound verified-lead flow end-to-end, from purchased/partner credit-bureau leads to verified wallet sign-ups • Select lead sources, run creative tests, and establish attribution from scratch • Drive a measured, continuously improving cost-per-result • Operate through the fixed soft launch on October 1 and ramp through March 31 • Recommend lead segments to test and partner with the data lead on attribution • Launch and iterate campaign tests based on real performance data

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience personally owning a lead or performance funnel to a number — not supporting one • Fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial-services lead experience, strongly preferred • Comfort operating within regulated-marketing constraints • Fluency in attribution and unit economics — CAC, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, conversion, funnel yield • Ability to start immediately and operate with minimal direction • Experience selecting sources, running tests, and scaling cost-per-result personally • English version of CV required; resumes submitted in other languages will not be considered
