• Manage and develop sales territories across Malaysia and Singapore. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions. • Strengthen relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and developers. • Conduct regular field visits to consultants and project sites to promote GWS products and ensure product specifications in project designs. • Support the Regional Sales Manager with quotation preparation, order processing, and coordination with internal teams. • Monitor project pipelines, market developments, and competitor activities; assist with quarterly market and sales reporting. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical training events to represent GWS. • Travel frequently between Malaysia and Singapore for meetings, training, and customer visits.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field). • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within water systems, building services, or industrial products. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work cross-border between Malaysia and Singapore. • Based in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur or Johor region preferred) with flexibility for regional travel. • Relevant sales or project experience in industrial, water, or building materials sectors is advantageous.
