🎯 Requirements

• Interest in energy, technology, or real estate. • Some initial experience in customer service or a strong desire to start a career in this area. • Very good German, both spoken and written; English skills are a plus. • Quick grasp, self-motivation, and reliability. • Confident PC skills. • A stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace.
