📋 Description

• Work on Personal.manager, a solution for workforce scheduling and personnel deployment • Help shape the architecture and feature set of a product before its market launch • Design and implement new features with a focus on performance, scalability, and security • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to improve the user experience • Implement features with TypeScript across the entire stack, from React Native to Node.js • Gradually take ownership of services and their operation • Design APIs and database access layers • Work with cutting-edge AI tools such as Claude and Cursor • Work in a self-directed, dynamic Scrum team following agile practices • Deliver in short cycles and review merge requests according to the four-eyes principle • If interested, develop into a Second-Level Support role • Contribute to a product solution for the healthcare sector with long-term growth potential

🎯 Requirements

• Develop production-ready applications with TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend • Knowledge of common operations practices and an interest in further developing in this area • Experience in cloud environments, ideally with Hetzner • Knowledge of common database systems • Experience writing tests • Fluency in German or English; confident written communication in at least one of these languages • Experience with React Native in production, including knowledge of app store releases (nice to have) • Knowledge of authentication topics such as OIDC and SSO, preferably with Keycloak (nice to have) • Experience with containerization and operating applications in cloud environments (nice to have)
