• - **Onboarding Operations:** Create and manage worker and client records within the Altios platform; issue contract drafts; review worker documents; request missing information; perform follow-ups; and maintain client and internal onboarding reports. • - **Invoice and Payment Administration:** Verify bank details, resolve missing information, track delayed payments, follow up with clients, and respond to payment-related queries from workers and clients. • - **Client and Worker Support:** Handle day-to-day questions relating to contracts, invoices, addendums, onboarding status, reports, and general operational processes. • - **Basic Client Account Management:** Provide administrative support to key accounts, ensuring timely responses, accurate information flow, and consistent service delivery. • - **Operational Problem-Solving:** Apply logical reasoning and independent judgement to resolve routine issues, streamline processes, support continuous improvement, and adapt to evolving operational needs.
