• Lead HighLevel’s AI product charter across various AI-powered product surfaces • Manage and coach PMs across multiple AI product areas • Define product vision, roadmap, metrics, and operating model for AI product portfolio • Partner closely with engineering leaders • Create ownership across platform AI and customer-facing AI agents • Drive AI monetization and packaging strategy • Improve AI quality, trust, and reliability
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience • Strong experience in AI, automation, CRM, workflow or B2B SaaS products • Proven ability to lead complex product portfolios • Deep understanding of AI product development • Strong technical fluency and customer-focused approach • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics
