• Design and lead the global strategy for reactivating dormant accounts. • Build and lead a high-performing global team of BDRs. • Partner with Marketing to maximize ROI from campaigns/events. • Drive measurable contributions to trial creation, demos booked, and pipeline growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS experience in Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or Customer Growth. • 3+ years of people management experience, leading teams of SDRs/BDRs or similar functions. • Proven track record of building scalable revenue-generating motions. • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Data-driven operator with experience in pipeline attribution, funnel optimization, and performance reporting. • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
