📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term vision for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem • Identify opportunities to unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform • Drive product strategy that increases lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI • Lead a group of product managers and cross-functional teams across multiple product lines • Ensure tight integration across all surfaces to deliver a seamless user experience • Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption of core lead gen tools • Embed AI across the ecosystem to create autonomous marketing workflows • Establish and track core metrics for lead generation volume and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology • Proven track record leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms • Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems • Experience with tools such as: Funnels / landing pages, Paid ads platforms, Email marketing & automation, SEO / local SEO • Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs (preferred) • Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences • Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and managers across multiple teams • Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen.
