• As an expert in finance analytics, you will architect and evolve the product finance analytics function • Serve as a strategic finance advisor to the CPO, CTO, and senior leadership team • Lead complex, ambiguous analytical investigations to uncover the drivers behind product growth, engagement, monetization, retention, expansion, and churn • Own the product financial performance management framework • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that deliver timely, trusted product performance and revenue visibility • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets • Build scalable analytics processes and operating models • Uphold data governance and quality standards within the Finance domain
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • 12+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance analytics, or related disciplines • Advanced SQL proficiency required; experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and product analytics strongly preferred • Proven track record architecting product-level financial models, forecasting methodologies, and strategic planning frameworks • Fluency with SaaS financial metrics — ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, LTV, CAC • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) • Experience conducting open-ended analytical investigations • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders • Ability to navigate ambiguity, define problems independently, and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
