📋 Description

• Coach and support the engineers on your team • Partner closely with product, design, and other technology leaders • Attract and retain strong engineering talent • Keep your team unblocked and moving • Resolve ambiguity before it becomes a problem • Collaborate with other engineering groups on integrations, best practices, and new technologies • Lead tier-3 engineering support for your domain • Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions • Identify opportunities for innovation in products, tooling, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Five plus (5+) years of experience leading engineering teams • Clear, consistent approach to feedback • Ability to attract, grow, and retain engineering talent • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience managing teams delivering production software across the full product lifecycle • Understanding of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing. • Ability to clear a background check
