📋 Description

• Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to support recruitment across various functions • Source and identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal talent databases • Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against defined role requirements • Support candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience across different hiring stages • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and support recruitment initiatives • Assist with recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field • Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online research tools, and technology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior internship experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems • Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel and recruitment data • Exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, or interview coordination • Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve recruitment processes
