• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a quota-carrying role. • A strong track record across prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, and close. • Healthcare-adjacent sales experience in care delivery, community-based services, behavioral health, population health, payer/provider workflows, case management, or other regulated service environments. • Success in an early-stage or startup environment — self-directed under ambiguity, and effective as product and messaging evolved. • Clear, concise commercial communication that connects workflows, pain, urgency, and next steps. • CRM discipline and follow-through. HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
