📋 Description

• Participate in the development of professional service proposals, including defining the scope of services and identifying client needs; • Actively contribute to managed services by providing N1, N2 and N3 support; • Deliver and execute technical projects in client environments; • Configure, optimize and maintain network, server and cloud environments; • Oversee network infrastructure monitoring, including alert and incident management; • Manage and maintain configurations to ensure service availability, performance and resilience; • Train and mentor internal teams to develop their technical skills; • Supervise and support N1 technicians in incident and request resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a DEC in Computer Science combined with a relevant AEC, or any equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications; • Five (5) to ten (10) years or more of experience in information technology infrastructure; • Excellent command of L2/L3 network environments (VLAN, routing, VPN, firewall, SD‑WAN); • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 environments; • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network, server and cloud issues; • Experience with MSP tools and practices (RMM, ticketing and automation); • Ability to clearly document and deliver end-to-end projects; • Good communication skills, sense of priorities, autonomy and team spirit.
